For aerial dance or spinning with a swivel, you only need 1 hook. Our hook is designed with no welding for maximum safety. It’s made of high-resistance stainless steel, built from 2 pieces that form one solid unit. Perfect for aerial yoga swings as well as aerial silks (⚠️ but remember: silks require different bolts than swings). �� Size: 65 x 85 mm ⚖️ Weight: 215 g Installation Always use all 4 bolts or nuts. Choose the right bolts for your type of ceiling. If unsure, consult a professional. �� Comes with 10 mm expansion bolts, ideal for concrete ceilings. ⚠️ Not suitable for wooden beams or other materials (in that case, buy the correct bolts at a hardware store). �� Do not use expansion bolts for aerial silks in acrobatics, your body weight can quadruple, and a poorly fixed bolt can be unsafe. Maintenance Check regularly: That all bolts are tight (none loose). That the hook has no movement. That the ceiling structure shows no cracks or damage. Do a strength test now and then to make sure everything is secure. Hook Distance (for yoga swings) 40–60 cm apart. The wider the distance, the less spin. The closer together, the more spin and comfort for inverted poses. IMPORTANT �� Never attach ropes, daisy chains, or silks directly to the hook. Always use a carabiner between the hook and your strap/rope. We are not responsible for incorrect installation or ceilings that can’t hold the weight.
