Acoem AT-400 Laser Shaft Alignment System Acoem AT-400 Laser Shaft Alignment System is a state-of-the-art solution for precision machinery alignment. With 2-axis PSD alignment sensors, dual sweep, and dual multipoint methods, it ensures accurate alignment over a 65 feet (20 meter) measuring distance. Featuring the user-friendly GuideU interface, cloud connectivity, and a lifetime warranty, the AT-400 is Acoem’s most comprehensive and user-centric alignment system. Features SIMULTANEOUS HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL MEASUREMENTS Acoem M9 & S9 sensors excel in measuring both dimensions concurrently, offering comprehensive insights. HIGH RESOLUTION Achieve unmatched precision with a 0.001mm resolution, capturing even the smallest variations for analysis. THINNESS AND LIGHTNESS The thinnest 2-axis sensors at 305g, ensuring easy integration and mobility. GENEROUS MEASUREMENT RANGE Acoem M9 & S9 sensors cover up to 20 meters (65 ft) without compromising accuracy. THOUGHTFUL DESIGN Equipped with sliding covers, our sensors ensure product longevity and protection during storage. LARGE DETECTOR EXCELLENCE A substantial 20×20 mm² size and 0.001mm high-resolution capability make this detector ideal for demanding measurement tasks. Benefits of an alignment tool As with the existing AT models (the AT-100 and AT-200), Acoem considered its customers’ feedback and evolving industry needs when developing the high-end AT-400 solution. Essential requirements that the AT-400 delivers are: State-of-the-art user-friendly interface Wireless communication protocol between the sensors and display unit Repeatable and reliable measurement accuracy High IP rating (IP65) Faster reporting functionality and job history retrieval Robust frame that protects against water, dust and accidents Variety of features for correcting soft-foot, horizontal, vertical and machine train alignment while considering thermal growth targets Utilising the feet lock feature to overcome base or bolt-bound situations. Performance over a variety of applications With its Dual Multipoint measurement system, the AT-400 can make shaft alignment of turbines at power plants simpler and more accurate. Dual Multipoint is particularly beneficial for coupled shafts with sleeve bearings, uncoupled shafts, shafts exhibiting erratic rotation, journal bearings or difficult-to-rotate/ non-rotatable shafts. High-speed compressors and turbines require precise measurements. The Dual Multipoint capability of the dual-axis sensors allows measurements of rotating shafts at any position. Due to the oil film in journal bearings between the shaft and bearing, the shaft must settle before taking the readings.
