It has a nice shiny finish that looks very good under lights. The fabric is 250cm wide, but is almost the same thickness as the others when grabbed with the hands (each part of silk is around 3,5cm diameter). This fabric is tested professionally and the resistance is more than 1300 kg of static weight witch makes it safe to use for acrobatics. The elasticity is -5% witch is considered low stretch, that means that it is very stable to use as an aerial sling (acrobatic hammock) and it has shock absorption in drops (but not as much as our Classic aerial silks or the On-stage silks). When the fabric is longer, the bounce effect is better. Perfect for aerial sling, like a long hammock for acrobatics (the aerial silk is put in a”U” shape and hung from the 2 extremities of the silk), because fabric is also strong if pulled sideways which allows you to do splits and other positions inside the hammock.
